Venue documentation includes the evaluation, measuring and furnishing layout of the existing space and the proposed design and placement of the equipment needed for the presentation engagement.

Site documentation requires a site visit to the venue as early as possible, preferably one month prior to the engagement date.

A design drawing may be provided following the site visit for client review, comment, and approval. Revisions may also be required and provided based on clients comments and venue restrictions. A proposed list and pricing of materials and equipment will be provided at that time.
Presentation System(s) installation includes the logistics, installation, and/or supervision of all related audio and visual equipment including: monitors, projectors, video walls, A/V amps, cabling, adapters, connectors, switchers, splitters and presentation system source interface (HDMI, Display Port, SDI, VGA).
The service also includes evaluation of the strategic location of equipment and local compatibility (e.g., electrical demand) to ensure an effective and reliable presentation system operation throughout the engagement period.
Consideration is taken for sight lines for all display locations. SCS provides the required audio, video, and computer systems for rent and/or purchase. Additionally, SCS will contact venue officials and/or staff to review installation requirements, restrictions, and to schedule set-up and tear-down times.
Presentation consulting includes consultation with project leadership, attorneys and, other critical stakeholders. For trial, SCS will review the specific needs of any expert witness or other presenters. And SCS reviews best practices regarding presentation options and techniques with all project principals.
SCS knows how to maximize visual impact, and how to use presentation applications for the most effective message visual impact. We leverage years of presentation experience to connect your message to your audience.

SCS goes further by working to fully compliment presenters, attorney's, and expert's prefer their work product to be displayed to the audience using real-time presentation applications.
For Litigation: Electronic exhibit preparation includes converting and preparing all digital data that will be retrieved and displayed during the trial, war room preparation, witness preparation, etc. The service include providing electronic exhibit presentation and other necessary third-party applications to prepare, edit, and organize, data and images for prompt display to the proper screen.
Our exhibit preparation services also include the preparation of all display methods including generating bar codes, and other specialized automated trial presentation methods.
